Welcome to Escape Rooms Lock’d In. By booking and participating in our escape room experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
All bookings must be made through our official website or by calling our location directly.
Online booking requires full payment at the time of reservation.
Cash payments are accepted for phone reservations; a valid booking must still be confirmed in advance.
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time for check-in and briefing.
Late arrivals may result in shortened game time or forfeited reservation without a refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded.
To reschedule, please contact us directly by phone or email as soon as possible.
Participants must be at least 10 years old. Groups with children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Players must follow all staff instructions and game rules for safety and enjoyment.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry without a refund.
All games are monitored for safety. Emergency exits are always available.
Participants enter at their own risk. Escape Rooms Lock’d In is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the experience.
Any damage to props, rooms, or equipment caused by negligence or misuse may result in charges for repairs or replacement.
The design, puzzles, stories, and content within our escape rooms are the intellectual property of Escape Rooms Lock’d In.
Recording videos, taking pictures, or sharing puzzle solutions publicly is strictly prohibited.
Personal information provided during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties.
Escape Rooms Lock’d In reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
